Brianna Mench, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to caring for the community she proudly calls home. As a lifelong resident of Kent County, Maryland, Brianna understands the unique challenges faced by individuals and families in rural communities and is passionate about increasing access to supportive, high-quality mental health care through Light of Life Recovery and Wellness. She graduated with honors from Wesley College in 2018 before earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University in 2024. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent nearly 20 years working across multiple healthcare systems, where she developed a deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centered care and the importance of treating the whole person — not just the diagnosis.
